AW: What is the annual worth?

What is the annual worth of an asset that lasts 7 periods and yields a positive cash flow of $5 in each of the periods from one through 7 when the interest rate is 2%?

Normally, you would calculate PW first, then calculate AW. Since the cash flow is constant for 7 periods, the asset is worth $5 a year for 7 years and has an AW of $5.
